Experience Simon Weekend

Experience Simon Weekends are designed to help you assess your fit. Events include a campus tour, dinner (with current students, alumni, and admissions staff), an introduction to our Career Management Center, and a current student and alumni panel. In addition, you will have an opportunity to conduct your admissions interview and engage with alumni and current students for a first-hand perspective. Learn more.

Simon Business School is proud to have one of the most diverse student bodies among top business schools. Join us for a weekend event that will showcase how Simon is leading the way in reflecting the diversity of today’s business world and to learn more about our partnerships with The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Agenda highlights include: a professional development session, a diversity leadership panel, and networking with diversity leadership panelists, alumni, and current students. **Women's Conference programming
Join us for a weekend event that will provide networking between prospective women candidates and current women students, alumnae, faculty, and administrators, with sessions centered on current issues women face in business. Discover Simon’s affiliation with Forté and the associated benefits, including merit-based fellowships, networking, and career opportunities with designated corporate partners. The second part of your visit will include the Experience Simon Weekend. Learn more.

Graduate Programs Open House

For first-time visitors*, spend an evening at Simon to learn about all of our programs and determine which may be the best fit for your needs. Programs covered will be: Full-Time MBA and MS, Part-Time MS, as well as the Executive MBA Program and the new Accelerated Professional MBA (PMBA). Faculty, admissions staff, and current students will be present to answer your questions. For those interested, there will be an opportunity to attend a class after the reception.

Time: 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Optional opportunity to attend class at 5:50 p.m.)
Location: Schlegel Hall Rotunda

*This event is traditionally designed for local prospects in or around the Rochester area. If you live outside of the Rochester area, we strongly recommend attending our Experience Simon Weekend for exclusive event programming. If you join us for Experience Simon Weekend, travel stipends and hotel accommodations are provided.

Undergraduate Business Open House

This joint event is for UR undergraduate students who want to learn more about undergraduate and graduate business programs on campus. Meet with our advising staff, peer advisors, Gwen M. Greene Career Center staff, University of Rochester Alpha Kappa Psi members, as well as Simon Admissions and graduate Simon students to explore MS and MBA programs.
