Operations Management

This growing field has become increasingly popular due to a renewed interest in productivity, particularly when it comes to utilizing an organization’s operations for competitive advantage. Operations Management is concerned with the management of a firm's physical, financial, and human resources with the objective of producing, distributing, and selling goods and services.*
