McDonald enrolled in Simon’s Executive MBA program as a means to further her career with her firm. McDonald rose through the ranks of her company, including managing the woman’s health business unit, original equipment manufacturer (O.E.M.) initiatives and global e-commerce initiatives. As the Global Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President at Welch Allyn, she was responsible for the global leadership and direction of all aspects of marketing from strategic marketing, developing products, software, applications and service solutions through downstream marketing management, corporate communications and brand management.
